it was working yesterday, but now all the items and the backpack is just a black box, I tried reloading, I've tried everything I can think of. please respond and help soon
a way to play on mac would be so good for full release, especially through steam so that progress would be saved when switching from mac to pc. I just want to be able to play from steam both on my laptop and pc :)
also, i dont know if this takes away too much of the principle behind the game but a feature that allows for selecting more than one item would be nice, like when you want to move only half your board to the bin instead of all.
Will there ever be a "move whole inventory" button? I think there should be one for each direction and every time one presses it, it moves the whole thing in the chosen direction unless there's no more space (in which case, the button itself would be less opaque or otherwise tell the player about its unusablness)

It would be a dream come true to be able to help develop the games writing. I'm not looking for compensation, just the opportunity to help work on something I love.
sometimes i have this weird bug that no matter what i click, i can't move my items, or buy ones from the shop. which is a shame because i am hopelessly addicted, and having to restart until it works is very painful to my ranking :')
This might be a dumb question, but I am new in itch.io. Is there a way to save my progress here? I have a Mac and can't play on Steam or download so I am starting from scratch every time I close the tab. It's fine, but I'm getting a bit competitive and want a nice high rank as well :) If someone could help it would be amazing, I love this game very much!
nice re-imagining of backpack hero, love all the different bag types, i think it adds a lot more strategy and widens the variety of doing different builds great work, cant wait for steam release!!
This build has very high dps and heals very fast, as long as there's enough stamina to sustain double falcon blade attacks.
This build almost lost to Invincible-Thorn-Armor build equipped with 2 Shield of Valor, 2 Book of Light, a Vampiric armour and a Thornwhip as main weapon.
Most addictive game I've tried in a while. The gameplay loop of engineering something on the fly out of whatever pieces you find is a lot like TFT/Auto chess, but without the stress of being on the clock, and without the annoying element of needing to scout and keep track of other players.
So far the direct counter against Crossblade is, Falcon blade paired with Blood Goobert + Precision arrow + Acorn ring. The weakness of this build is it uses quite a lot of stamina overtime.
It outdamages the Crossblade in the begginning, then compensate the loss of health with Blood Goobert.
Just don't combine into Crossblade with this build, this build requires fast triggers to overwhelm Crossblades.
Blood Goobert can crit heal & drain very if its triggered at high speed and received crit buff.
I was trying to get Crossblade, but I failed to gather enough whetstone on time, Iron Goobert requires too much space and items to properly utilize, so I decided to get Blood Goobert.
Works very well, since Blood Goobert can crit (30 drain damage).

4 gold for a Pot is way to much even for 2 regen. bring the old one back or reduce the cost to 3. I hate it that good items get destroyed.

I get it too. Select full screen or unselect it, and it seems to fix the bug.
The game is great but there some things that i wanted to suggest:
- An Endless or Longer (w more turns) Mode.
- Someway to play w the friends, in a party or something like this, like we see in other games like gartic phone...
- Maybe more slots to put backpacks.
- Translations for other languages.
- A way to save your "builds" in a recordation book.
But all the other aspects of the game are completely awesome and fun to play. I'll definetely buy the game at steam when it's done. Thanks!
Where is my save state stored? Can I export it somehow?
I would like to know this as well since I got reset and lost all my trophies right before the update that introduced wardrobes.
